Terms and Conditions for Rent-A-Personal Chef services:

 

Terms and Conditions

 

1. Booking & Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services. Payment methods include credit card or bank transfer.

 

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service date will be charged the full service fee. Rescheduling is allowed once if requested more than 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

 

 

3. Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing a clean, safe kitchen and informing the Chef of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in writing before the service.

 

 

4. Liability: Rent-A-Chef Personal Chef is not liable for any allergic reactions, illness, or damages resulting from food preparation unless proper notice of dietary restrictions was given in advance.

 

 

5. Service Modifications: Any modifications to the agreed service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and may result in additional charges.

Liability Clause

 

Rent-A-Chef Personal Chef Services (the Company /Client ,Guest) and its Personal Chefs are not liable for any allergic reactions, illness, injury, or damages resulting from the consumption of food prepared by the Chef if dietary restrictions, allergies, or specific preferences were not communicated in writing prior to service. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure food safety, the Client assumes all risks related to food preparation and consumption.

 

The Company is also not responsible for any damages to property or equipment beyond what is reasonably expected during the course of normal kitchen use. The Client agrees to release and hold the Company and its employees harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the Chef’s services.

Payment Terms

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with Rent-A-Chef Personal Chef Services. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other agreed method.

 

Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will be charged in full. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee for every 7 days overdue.
